After spending a year with the Long Island Ducks, Bob Gearing is excited to be working with the famed Staten Island Yankees. Originally from Ferndale, Michigan, Bob is a graduate of Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan where he was the starting pitcher on the baseball team for four years. As the Director of Corporate Partnerships for Staten Island, Bob will be working directly with businesses and organizations all over the Tri-State area, so feel free to contact him regarding sponsorship and branding opportunities. In his free time, Bob enjoys celebrating his 2006 A.A.U. Rugby Championship, his 1992 Pine Wood Derby photo finish loss to his brother Heavy C, watching his childhood idol Zack Morris, and crossing his fingers that his beloved Detroit Tigers will get to yet another World Series and win it!
