1. Register: * Fill out the registration form completely. All information is needed to insure that the winner each month recieves their prize. * Select your username and password. 2. Pick Your Players: * First, select the 2 Pitchers that you think will have what it takes to win you the prize. * Secondly, select the 2 Batters that you feel will hit their way to the top for the month. * Third, confirm your choices by pressing the select players button. 3. Sit back and watch the Yankees play: * Check in after the Yankees play to see where you and your players rank.

Rules This Fantasy Baseball program is intended only for those in the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Minors: Please do not attempt to play Fantasy Baseball. If you live outside of the United States or Canada, Please do not attempt to play Fantasy Baseball. 1. ELIGIBILITY: This game is open to all US and Canada residents 18 years of age and older. From all eligible entries received, the winners will be determined based on their ability to use their skill and knowledge of Minor League Baseball to accumulate the most points per month. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Game entries will be accepted starting now, and ending on the 25th of the the following month. You can enter at any time during the month, but your points will only accrue beginning from the time that you first enter. In order to maximize the opportunity to accrue the most points, register as soon as possible. In the registration section, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, zip code, age, and to select a password. Note: Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to play the Game. Only online entries through the registration page will be accepted. No faxed, mailed, e-mailed, or phoned in entries are allowed. E-Mail Changes: It is the responsibility of the player to notify the game manager of a change in email. To change your email, send an email to fantasy@siyanks.com citing your member name, old email address and new email address. We are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. The potential winner may be required to prove their identity and ownership of the email address. 3. GAMBLING: No one may use this game in connection with any type or form of gambling. 4. POINTS: Pitchers will generate the following points based on their performance: * Win = 10 * Loss = -3 * Save = 5 * Strike Out = 1 * Walk = -1 Batters will generate the following points based on their performance: * Total Base (TB) = 1 o HR = 4 o Triple = 3 o Double = 2 o Single = 1 * RBI = 1 Points will be added and the teams will be displayed by the average of the teams points for all the weeks played. If a member comes into the season late, they will have to have played a total of 3 weeks before their averages count in the national leaders. 5. WINNERS: There one be one winner each month. Winner will be based on the player who has the highest point ranking for the play period.

We make every effort to ensure that you can freely take advantage of all of Infinity Pro Sports’s features and content, knowing that any personal information you provide to us will be protected. Please review the outline below, detailing our information gathering policies and addressing some of the most common concerns. Policies for Individuals 18 Years Old and Older- To participate in some of the interactive features on Infinity Pro Sports, you may be required to submit some personal information that allows Infinity Pro Sports to fulfill your order or process your request. In addition, Infinity Pro Sports may share information submitted by you with our fantasy Minor League business partners and sponsors. Infinity Pro Sports will not share any personal information submitted by you without posting a notification that Infinity Pro Sports intends to do so, and giving you an opportunity to elect not to have it shared. Registration- You will be required to register to take advantage of some of the interactive activities on Infinity Pro Sports. To register, you will need to submit your full name, age, zip code and e-mail address as an identifier for the feature. You may also be asked to provide optional information, such as your favorite team and activity, mailing address, and demographic information. These fields are optional, and will not interfere with your registration should you choose to leave them blank. Optional fields are used internally to Infinity Pro Sports better tailor our services to suit our users’ needs. No optional demographic information is ever shared with any outside entity, except in an aggregated format. Other Services- Infinity Pro Sports may offer you an opportunity to participate in various contests, surveys or other promotional features, or you many sign up to receive other information from Infinity Pro Sports or its member teams (e.g., online newsletters, notification about events in your area or merchandise specials). The information you will be required to submit will vary, but will typically include your full name, age, and e-mail address. You may also be requested to answer certain optional survey questions, such as your favorite Minor League team or activity. Information received through such activities will be used by Infinity Pro Sports or Infinity Pro Sports teams to send you the requested information or to administer contests and notify prizewinners. Such information may be shared with Infinity Pro Sports business partners, unless you opt out of receiving future mailings at the time you sign up, or later, by following the procedures in Section 4 below. Unless expressly noted otherwise, children who indicate they are under 13 years old will not be allowed to sign up for such activities. Opting Out- Infinity Pro Sports provides you the opportunity to opt out of receiving various communications, advertisements and promotions offered either by Infinity Pro Sports or by our partners. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us after you register. You can also easily edit your account to no longer receive such offers and mailings. You will need your User ID and password in order to access your account. You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you will be unable to use those Infinity Pro Sports services that require registration in order to participate. If you choose not to accept cookies, or cancel your cookies after registration, you will not have the ability to log on to Infinity Pro Sports, make transactions (i.e., order and pay for products through Infinity Pro Sports) or access your account. In limited circumstances, we may retain information that you have requested be removed but which cannot be completely deleted from our databases due to technical constraints and the backup of our computer system. See Section 7 below for more information on cookies. Security Policies- Please keep in mind that whatever you publicly disclose online- for example, in a chat or through e-mail- can be collected and used by others, and any Internet transmission you make may be unlawfully intercepted by third parties. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, Infinity Pro Sports cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. In addition, Infinity Pro Sports may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if we determine such disclosure to be necessary or appropriate, or if we are compelled to disclose it by court order or operation of law. Use of Cookies- Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to a user’s computer hard drive for informational and record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web surfing easier for you by saving your preferences while you are at Infinity Pro Sports. Accepting a cookie does not give anyone access to your computer or to any personal information. It is simply a small file in which we keep information that identifies you as a unique user. For example, we may use a cookie to indicate when you have already voted in an online poll to prevent multiple voting and a distortion of results. About IP Addresses and Surveys Used for Research Purposes- An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web; it performs a function for individual computers much like a Post Office Box number serves Postal Service customers. Web servers – the computers that “serve up” web pages- automatically identifies your computer by its IP address. When users request pages on Infinity Pro Sports, our servers log their IP addresses. This logging allows Infinity Pro Sports to better understand the traffic that comes to Infinity Pro Sports, and to tailor content and services to better suit your needs. In many cases, users visiting Infinity Pro Sports from work or from other services that utilize a “firewall”, a computer used to control the flow of Internet traffic to and from another computer network, may share a single IP address with other users behind the same firewall. Please review each activity prior to use and only participate in those that involve the disclosure of information you are comfortable with sharing. Infinity Pro Sports will occasionally ask users to complete surveys or questionnaires which we use for general research purposes to improve Infinity Pro Sports and serve you better. These surveys are always optional and you do not have to answer any survey question to visit Infinity Pro Sports.
